Mouth Care Matters continues to expand nationally following successful training to over 40 Trusts across England.
Mouth Care Matters (MCM) empowers staff through training and education to help identify patients that need help with mouth care and ensure that it is delivered. The feedback from participating Trusts has been very enthusiastic. MCM continues to receive a great deal of interest nationally to implement the programme. We are therefore delighted to offer:
- A one-day training programme with a train-the-trainer approach. This will equip individuals with the skills and knowledge to enable them to roll-out the programme within their Trust.
- A range of digital Mouth Care Matters’ training resources and training packages.
- A tool set that can be used and adapted to fit into the governance of the individual Trust to measure quality improvement.
- Ongoing support by our Mouth Care Matters’ network.
Training dates will be from April to September 2019.
